Monday’s FoK Buddy Session Postponed

Hello Reader,

I just discovered that my dear one Corinne Loperfido (whom I just introduced y’all to via email this morning) has just lost a beloved under tragic unexpected circumstances. I am also going through some extraordinarily demanding challenges in my personal life. We’ve mutually decided to postpone Monday’s FoK Buddy Session on Zero Waste Cycles & Sex until further notice. Stay tuned for a new date & registration link in the future, & thanks for understanding!

Our next FoK Buddy Session on the schedule is on Monday May 18th, & is about how to assess & address uterine blood loss during menstruation & pregnancy releases. I’ll be chatting with one of my fiercest sassiest ride or die besties; ER Nurse Stephanie Portell.

Stephanie Portell is an ER nurse with nearly 20 years of frontline experience, including rural obstetrics & trauma response. Her work sits at the edge of clinical precision & embodied intelligence, prioritizing autonomy & safety. She brings a steady, pragmatic perspective grounded in physiology & human thresholds. Stephanie currently provides rapid response & forensic nursing services in south metro Atlanta.

Our FoK Buddy Session is entitled:

Babe, Don’t Bleed to Death

& it’ll occur Monday, May 18th 10am on Zoom Audio.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had friends & clients call me asking “How much blood is too much to loose?” The answer to this question is always a bit more nuanced & mysterious that I’d like, but Steph & I will help demystify how folks with no medical training can cultivate awareness to answer this question better, as well as strategies to manage or address the flow with clinical, herbal, & practical tips.

You can expect to receive another invite to our FoK Buddy Session with a proper registration link within the next week.

With so much tenderness & care for all of us ‘riding the ride” of earth & aliveness in these extraordinary times!

I’m ever grateful for your connection & curiosity, & honored to be of service.

In service to our healing & liberation,

Samantha Zipporah
